Social (Arena & Spanish Hall)
Table Reservations at World Dance Masters 2026
We are now offering the ability to reserve your table for the weekend in the Arena or Spanish Hall.
This system replaces the Fast Track system.
This is 100% optional. There will be open tables that are not available for reservation and can be accessed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Table reservations in the Arena and Spanish Hall cost £60 + admin fee for the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), which works out to £20 per day and approximately £5 per seat for 4 seats (cheaper than Fast Track).
UPDATE ON 25 APRIL: We've allowed half tables to be reserved. Each table is split into '2' to allow for smaller groups to sit together without needing to book a full long table. Now, each reservation is for 4 seats at an 8-seat table. If you want the whole table for 8 seats, you need to select both portions of the table.
You do not need to have purchased your Worlds entry tickets prior to booking a table, but must abide by the rules of table reservations below.
Arena & Spanish Hall Reservations booking will open on 1 May 2026 at 17:00 BST.

-
Your table must be occupiedList Item 3
Your reserved section of the table must be at least 50% occupied by the time first workshop starts each day (usually 1 hour after doors open).
If not, the Room Director (Michelle or Dave) reserves the right to open the table for anyone to sit at and you lose your rights for that session (daytime / evening are separate sessions).
This is to ensure tables are not left empty for the majority of the day.

Booking system order rulesList Item 4
Reservations are made on the table map on a first-come-first-served basis. Green tables are free to book. Greyed out tables have already been booked.
Your reservation secures your table for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - subeject to the 'tables must be occupied' rule.
-
Tables are cut into 'sections'. Book both if you want the full table.
In order to allow for smaller groups of tables to benefit, we've split tables into sections of 4.
Whilst each table holds 8 people, we've made it so only 4 seats can be booked together.
If you want to reserve the 'full' table, make sure you select both sections.

What it costs
Table reservations cost £60 per section for the full weekend. Each table has 8 seats and is split into two 4-seat sections that can be booked individually.
Four reserved seats at the table for £60 is the same price as 2 Fast Track tickets in previous years. A better deal for dancers!
-
Can you book single seats?
This year, we are only allowing the reservation of 4-seats at a time, splitting 8-seat-tables into 2 reservable sections.
We may look to open individual seat reservations in future years if there is enough demand.
-
Will there be tables available for free?
Yes, each room will have several tables that are open to sit at without a reservation. Our seat maps do not show all tables in the room.
Any table without a 'Reserved' sign is free to sit at on a first come first served basis.
