Table Reservations at World Dance Masters 2026
We'll be offering the ability to reserve your table to watch the competition in the Empress Ballroom at WDM26.
This is 100% optional and there will always be enough tables for anyone without a reservation.
Table reservations cost £65 + admin fee per day with each table seating up to 9 people. You do not need to have purchased your Worlds entry tickets prior to booking a table, but must abide by the rules of table reservations below. A maximum of 50 tables will be available for purchase for each day.
Each day must be reserved separately.
Table Reservations booking will open on Saturday 18 April 2026 at 17:00 BST

Limited #'sList Item 1
Up to 50 tables are open to be reserved. Once these have been sold, all other tables in the Empress Ballroom will be free for anyone to sit at on the day.
The table map above is not every table that is available in the ballroom. More tables will be available around the ballroom and on the sides of the ballroom that are open for anyone to sit at.

Competition day time onlyList Item 2
Reservation will be from door opening until ballroom close after the competition in the Empress Ballroom only. No reservations stand in the evening – all tables are open for anyone in the evening.

Your table must be occupiedList Item 3
Your reserved table must be at least 70% occupied (i.e 6 people out of 9) by the time competition starts each day (usually 1 hour after doors open). If not, your table becomes open for anyone to sit at and you lose all rights. Our stewards will remove reservation signs from any table that does not meet the minimum occupancy by the stated time. No exceptions. No refunds.

Booking system order rulesList Item 4
Reservations are made on the seap map on a first-come-first-served basis. Green tables are free to book. Greyed out tables have already been booked. You must book each day separately.
