Fast Track Entry

Next year, Fast Track entry will allow early entry to the Spanish Hall & Arena 10 minutes before general doors open at the start of the day and all ballrooms in the evening. Please note, Fast Track will no longer be available for the Empress Ballroom at the start of each day. Table Reservations for the daytime in the Empress Ballroom will open later in the year.

Limited Mobility

For Spectators that may have reduced mobility needs, we are launching an option for 'Limited Mobility' so you can make us aware in advance. For those spectators with limited mobility, we will endeavour to bring you into the Empress Ballroom early so you do not need to stay in the queue too long and before other attendees enter.
