  • Which pass should I buy?

    Competitors must have a Competitor pass. If you are competing in the Line Dance Championships or the Choreography Competition, this is the pass for you. You can choose a Competition with Workshops Pass, which gives you access to all ballrooms all day, or a Competitor Only Pass, which will not allow access to the Spanish Hall or Arena during workshop hours. Choreography Competition competitors must have a Competition with Workshops pass.


    Social dancers can choose from two passes. A Social Weekend with Workshops Pass which gives you access to all ballrooms all day, or a Social Spectator Pass, which gives you access to the Empress Ballroom during the day (to watch the competition) and evening access to Spanish Hall & Arena.

  • Can I add virtual access to my ticket?

    Yes! During checkout, you can add on Virtual Access so you can rewatch the competition and workshops at a discounted price after the event.


    Your access will be activated on the Monday after the event finishes. You will not have access to the live feed during the event.

  • What is 'Fast Track' and how does it work?

    Fast Track allows entry into the Spanish Hall and Arena ballrooms at the start of each day and the Empress Ballroom for evening social dancing 10 minutes prior to the advertised ballroom opening times..


    Fast Track is limited to just 75 tickets and is an add-on that can be added to your ticket during checkout. 


    Please note that Fast Track does not early allow access to Empress Ballroom at the start of each day, only the evening.

  • What is the event schedule?

    All schedules will be released in the middle of July 2026.


    We usually open doors to the social ballrooms at 10 am each morning. The day is filled with workshops across two main ballrooms and the competition in the Empress Ballroom. Workshops take place between 10 am and 5 pm. Evening social dancing typically starts around 8 pm until 2-3 am each morning.


    The competition schedule can vary depending on number of entries. You should expect the competition to take place from 8-9 am up to 7 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, which the Awards taking place on Sunday evening until 11 pm.


    Don't forget to book the Monday off work, our famous closing party runs into the small hours of Monday morning!

  • Can I reserve a table?

    We allow the reservation of tables in the Empress Ballroom for the duration of the competition in the daytime.

  • Can I reserve a seat for the Saturday Show?

    Yes.


    Seat reservations will be completely optional and offered as a convenience for dancers who would prefer not to queue.


    Seats will be reservable for £6 (covering the costs of the ticketing system and admin only) and will go on sale in 2026.

  • Where is the closest accommodation to the venue?

    The Winter Gardens is located in the centre of Blackpool, a town in North West England. Accommodation types vary across the centre - from small Bed & Breakfasts (B&Bs) to large named hotels such as Premier Inn and Holiday Inn.
